Registration for CCDS 2023 is now open!

 

There are two main registration options this year, by mail or online.

You can register online and by credit card or though PayPal.

Download a form and pay by Check, Money Order, or credit card.

Supporting documents

With both Online registration and Mail-In registration all supporting documents will still need to be printed and mailed to 309 Jackson St, Berea, KY  40403 or scanned and emailed to bereaccds@gmail.com.
