Youth Contract for Ages 12-17

This contract is for youth ages 12-17.

By signing below, I agree to abide by the following rules during Christmas Country Dance School from December 26th through December 31st at Berea College’s Seabury Center.

I also agree to cooperate with the Christmas Country Dance School staff.

I understand that if I do not follow the rules and wear the name badge provided, my parent/guardian will be spoken to and may be asked to withdraw me from the week.

Rules:

1. Complete contract and return with registration. Registration will not be entered until parent/guardian registration is received.

2. Wear my name badge throughout the week, to all classes and evening events. Name badges will be distributed with registration packets.

3. Participate regularly in the classes and events associated with Christmas Country Dance School.

4. Understand that skipping all or the majority of classes will result in dismissal from Christmas School. (Occasional naps are acceptable, provided the naps are not in the middle of the hall.)

5. Agree not to use profanity or obscene gestures at any time.

6. Agree not to use portable gaming devices or cell phones in Seabury Center during class periods or evening events. It is important to understand that the Christmas Country Dance School staff is not responsible for personal items left unattended, lost, or stolen. I will keep close track of my personal belongings.
